Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses for all wedding day collections are included within the South West of England. If your wedding is beyond the South West, then please don't worry about any hidden costs. Travel once outside of the South West will be 0.45p per mile. Total travel costs, if there are any, will be added to your final collection so you know exactly what investment you are making upfront. No other hidden costs. It's as simple as that!
How long will it be until our gallery is delivered?
If collections 01 is the one for you, your gallery will be delivered within 5 weeks. For collections 02 and 03, your gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks.
It's a great pirvilege to capture your wedding day. That's exactly why each photograph deserves a whole lot of love and care during the editing process. Each photograph will be edited by hand to create your final gallery; your very own treasure trove of moments for you to re-feel and cherish.
Can we have some sneak peeks?
You most certainly can! A sneak peek gallery of previews will be delivered within 48 hours of your wedding day. A sneak peek gallery holds up to 25 previews from your day so you can share some of your wedding day magic as soon as you would like to with the world!
Can we have a chat with you to say hello first?
Yes absolutely! It's really important you feel comfortable with whoever you choose as your photographer for your wedding day and to feel confident in your choice! I would love to say hi and answer any questions you may have. Simply fill in the contact form and we can arrange a video call to do just that.
We want to book you! How do we do that?
Once you know which collection is right for you, let's get your date secured! To secure your wedding date so it's all yours, I ask for a deposit. This is 30% of the total cost of your collection. Once your deposit has been paid, the date is yours! The remaining balance is then paid 4 weeks before your wedding day. That's all there is to it!
